Welcome to Dynamic Fitness. Personal Training

I provide personalised support and motivation in a non-intimidating environment that allows you to achieve your goals quickly and safely. My whole training philosophy is based upon making exercise enjoyable and convenient, so you're able to stick to your program and develop healthy new habits. I offer one-to-one, couples and small group fitness training and I am dedicated to helping you to achieve your health and fitness goals in a safe and comfortable environment, where you can look forward to dramatic results in the quickest possible time. We can train at the gym at Tendstickspalatset or if your are a busy person, I can meet you in the comfort of your own home.

Group Training

For those who are interested in training with a group of friends, workmates or family members, we offer highly effective small group personal training sessions for between 3 to 10 people that can take place at your home, your workplace or in your local park. The more friends you can get together to join your session, the cheaper it is for each of you.

We will build a workout that is tailored to your group's fitness ability and exercise goals. Typically sessions involve circuit training, bodyweight exercises, boxercise, kettlebell and resistance training, as well as team fitness games designed to keep each session fun and varied.

We can also tailor group personal training sessions around specific areas of interest that your group may have, including our 'runfit' group, TRX suspension training classes, kettlebell workouts, circuits and fitness bootcamp training.

Corporate Fitness

Team building is part of any good companies strategy to keep the work force happy and productive.
Working out the team is a great way to get everyone together and at the same time staying healthy and most of all saving money.

A team session could happen any were, at the office, down at the local park.

The group activities would involve cross training (strangth or cardio), boot camps and running groups.   

 

Sport Performance

 I can help you to improve your sporting performance in your chosen field by increasing your sports-specific fitness, strength, endurance, agility and core conditioning. I can train individual clients training for the Swedish Classic and many other sports including Golf, tennis and football.

I will help to identify the weak links in your physical conditioning and will develop a fully personalised fitness program that will elevate your performance significantly. I will address your individual weaknesses and muscular imbalances, whilst developing your key strengths. My individual sports fitness programs will help you to improve your performance and recovery times whilst keeping your body strong, functional and injury free.

The sports-specific functional fitness programs incorporate specific stretching, strengthening and sequencing exercises that enhance your power production, flexibility, dynamic postural balance and core stability helping you to improve your playing ability and endurance.

Whether you're a professional sports person or an amateur recreational enthusiast, the sports-specific personal trainers can help you progress quickly and safely in your chosen sport.
