A new Dynamic Era has stated! Great training session this weekend with one of my favorite couples Pia & Pete. We did 45mins of hard core intervals down at Tantolunden park in Södermalm. We started with ten mints of Dynamic flexibility (stretching with movement) and then went on to do some Fartlek (Fartlek, which means "speed play" in Swedish, is a training method that blends continuous training with interval training) Forget the gym, being outside and working out is the best way to really get that blood pumping.
